How long after drinking prune juice will you use the bathroom?
The next morning I added 3 prunes into a small bowel of porriage. They don’t really taste that bad, nothing as bad as the juice. Within about 30 minutes I was on the toilet and managed to pass a small amount. About 90 minutes after taking the prunes I was on there again and had a wonderful clear out. I don’t know if that was a direct result of the prunes, but I was impressed.
