How long after having an early miscarriage should you wait before trying again?

You don’t have to wait before TTC w/ a chemical pregnancy it’s a late period! Conception took place but implantation did not occur so your body technically did know know it was pregnant since the pregnancy never attached to the uterus. A fertilized egg makes HCG from conception that’s why you have a little HCG in your system with chemical preg. I am telling you from personal experience I had 2 chemical pregnancies while TTC, you don’t have to wait. But it does not mean preg. will happen right away either but I know it’s fine to TTC as soon as your ready. I got preg. 6 weeks after my last chemical pregnancy I’m 22 weeks along now with a healthy baby boy! Best wishes and baby dust!
