How long do Edna’s Caramels last?
Usually, they get eaten right away! Seriously, it depends on where you store them. You can keep them at average room temperature (around 71 degrees) for up to 2 weeks for optimal quality. If you need to store them longer than that, we recommend keeping them in the refrigerator. Prepare them for this by enclosing them in a sealed container or zip-type plastic bag, and get as much air out of the container as possible. You can store them like this for several months. You can also freeze Edna’s Caramels. Wrap them well for the freezer and freeze for up to 6 months. Always bring Edna’s Caramels to room temperature before eating them!
