How long do orders take to process with the Spitfire Pro Lab?
All orders are now processed and shipped within two to four business days, with the exception of photo gifts and merchandise which can take up to seven days. Please keep in mind shipping times when placing orders. USPS can take up to 10 days to ship which can cause some confusion since regular First Class envelopes take only 3 days. However, prints are considered parcel mail and can therefore take up to 10 days. If you or your customers require your prints faster, you should select priority mail to receive them within 3 days. Please also note, we provide an estimate of shipping time by each shipping option when checking out so that you and your customers can make a more informed decision.
