3D prints generally take two to three weeks from the time we develop the film to the time we ship your final 3D prints. Services such as 3D digital images can add more time to the turnaround. After you mail your film, it typically takes up to 5 business days for it to reach our studio. We then develop, digitize and print your film, ship your 3D prints, negatives and digital images back to you – all within 30 days of our original receipt of your film. We consider 3D printmaking an art, giving each image individualized attention. We are an imaging studio not a one hour lab that pushes images through a fixed process. We know that receiving your printed films back in a timely manner is important to you so that we offer our CLIK 3D Performance Guarantee, that if we fail to mail your completed films back to you within 30 days of our receipt of your film, your next roll will be processed by us at no charge.
