How long does a TB test take?
Hello, The sort of TB tests I know, are a bit longer than that. In the UK, we use the ‘Heaf’ test, I believe in America they use the ‘Mantoux’ test. Both work in the same way, anyway, and they are both skin tests. You have to have a tiny injection into your lower arm of a very dilute extract, of killed TB germs.
