ColonCancerCheck retains personal health information in the Colorectal Cancer Screening Registry indefinitely in order to allow for effective evaluation of the impact of colorectal cancer screening on colorectal cancer mortality rates and in order to remind participants about screening. However, to respect participant privacy, information is retained in the least identifiable form possible.
