Okay, I'm going to try to answer this best way that I can. Normally, when they extract a premolar it is because you don't have enough room in your mouth to make things beautiful and fit everything in. It's an extremely common procedure. Your canines don't have as far to go as the rest of the teeth, they are also much closer to their final spot and you'll notice that your front teeth look amazing and you'll still have those gaps. Remember, that those back molars have been in place a long time and by moving them all forward your orthodontist is going against nature. The easiest teeth to move will move first but the back ones won't move as fast because of how much more difficult they are to move. You also won't notice them moving as much as your front teeth because your front teeth are much more prominent. The same goes for how people will see you and if guys will think they look funny.
