It should take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. That means do not count Saturdays, Sundays and any holidays. Your Dec 15 transfer really started on Dec 17 (Monday). You should have seen the money available at the worst case, the following Monday morning (Dec 24). It is definitely overdue……you need to call them. PayPal.
