The email response that is sent out with every submitted application states the following:

Please note that due to the large number of applications we receive, we are not able to personally respond to all applicants. We do keep applications on file, so there is no need to reapply more than once. Our goal is to complete the application review process within 10 business days from the first business day we receive it. However, at certain times we have unexpected high volumes of applications and the review can take a little longer.
