How long does it take for gluten free pasta to digest?
If you are allergic to gluten, then pasta will be hard for you to digest. Many people have a gluten allergy, but don`t know it. Especially people who have Irish ancestry are more prone. It shows up as indigestion or a burning of the esophagus. This is easy to correct by changing to gluten free pasta. You get rice pasta and use that. It tastes better than the wheat pasta and is better for you. An especially good brand is Tinkyada white rice pasta extra smooth. You cook if for exactly 22 minutes….not more. It is much better than wheat pasta and is easy to find in the Food Basics stores.
