How long does it take for tomato and spring onion plant to grow?

I planted tomato seeds at the end of February, as usual, germinated them in a propagator (1 week) and kept them on a south-facing windowsill until they were 3 ins high (another 3 weeks.) then I moved them to the unheated greenhouse at the end of March. They are now about 6-7 ins high. I expect that, in about 2-3 weeks time, the first flower clusters will appear, and I shall plant some of them out in a sheltered spot. I would expect ripe tomatoes by the end of June from the plants still in the greenhouse, and by the end of July for the outdoor ones. So, 4-5 months from sowing the seed. Spring onions about 4-6 weeks, depending on how big you want them and how warm the soil is.
