How long does it take to bake thawed chicken breast in the oven?
Since we eat chicken breast about 3 nights a week I have got it down to Delicious! First I use boneless and cut them into tender size strips and put them in a plastic ziplock with fat free italian dressing and marinade in the morning then by the time it is Dinner they are very tender I then bake them in my toaster oven covered with foil at 350 for 35 minutes and they are so juicey and flavorful you can cut them with a fork. You can also wrap them in wax paper with garlic and I can’t believe it’s not butter spray and microwave 3 minutes per side. One of my favorites is to pound them out with a meat mallot and spread mushrooms and spinach with a little cheeese and roll up and sprinkle bread crumbs over and bake in the toaster oven 35 minutes uncovered at 350 and Put them over brown rice, I started cooking it like that and started losing fat fast!
