How long does it take to get a new home delivered from Epoch?
Once a completed order is received, accepted and acknowledged by Epoch, a tentative delivery date can be assigned. Under normal circumstances, delivery can be made in 4-5 weeks from that date. At peak demand, lead times may increase. However, with Epoch’s plant capacity, long lead times are the exception rather than the rule. As the home is being manufactured, we will prepare your site for the home.
