How long does it take to get my invitation, announcement or card proof after I make payment, send in my photos and invitation details?
We will email you a first proof within 3 business days (Monday-Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm AEST, this does not include weekends and Australian public holidays) of receiving your purchase, completed order form and photo’s. One day after your promised proof due date, email us to let us know if you have not received your proof, and we will resend it, or we will arrange. If your photo’s are not in the correct format or quality, this will result in a delay of your proof, so please ensure you send us good quality high resolution photo’s in the right format (jpeg).
