How long does it take to go through the EO administrative process?
EO Specialists have 30 calendar days to process the informal complaint unless granted a time extension up to an additional 60 days. If the employee elects ADR, 90 days are granted to process the complaint. After 180 days in the process, an employee may choose to take the complaint to district court IAW regulations.
