A. The following table provides estimates for typical marketing pieces. This timetable assumes all factual content has been submitted to EMMS and the materials are new projects. Some conferences are repeated every year. Materials to promote repeat conferences will cost less to produce. This table also allows time needed to work the project into the queue. Estimated cost includes planning, copywriting, design, editing and print production coordination. Printing, photo research and acquisition costs are not included. EMMS will work directly with you and ISU Printing Service to provide estimates for production and printing.
