How long does my home stay on MLS Listing System and bonus sites?
Your property will be active on MLS until your home is sold. MLS requires that we input an expiration date therefore our initial contract period is for twelve months. In the event your property doesn’t sell you may extend the listing period as many times as it takes at no additional charge. If at anytime you choose to take your property off the market or want to list with a full service office you may cancel anytime without penalty. The listing will also stay on the Bonus sites until it is changed to Under Agreement, Sold or cancelled at which time it will be removed from the Bonus sites. If you do decide to list with a full service company you may participate in our referral program and we will provide you with full market reports for individual agents in your area and help you choose one. If we refer you to the agent you will receive your listing fee paid to us back at closing. Please ask for more details if interested.
