How long does the water spray in the duct and plenum upon the fire system being activated?
The timer included in this package is energized when the fire system is activated, either by the remote pull station or by Firestat. The timer holds the fire system duct and plenum protection on for a factory setting of 30 minutes. If the Firestat is still hot or the pull station is still pulled and this time expires, the timer resets and water continues to spray.
