I normally just use the wine specified as “cooking wine” but I’ve been told the regular (and even cheap) white wines taste better even in cooking. But, I wouldn’t use a lot at a time, and worry it would go bad while in the refrigerator for lengths of time. I would say, 1 or 2 days only. but If the question is asking how long the wine can be stored (opened) and still be able to drink/cook. I would say, never mind if it stays in the fridge, as long as you don’t see floatings. Remember, older the wine, better the taste.
