How long should I boil chicken gizzards for?

I’ve only done turkey, but I figure they are close to the same. When I do turkey (neck included) I boil them about all day or as long as the turkey is in the oven plus some. Then I sepereate the neck meat from the bones, chop up the gizzards, and add them to gravy. So really I guess about 2-3 hours, or until they are kinda tender. At a low boil, just remember the heart is not a good judge to if they are done beacause it will always be a little tougher and a little chewier.
