How long should I wait after an interview?

Well, if she didn’t call she is likely looking to interview more people. I think you are showing tremendous initiative by your actions and I would say, yes, stop by the booth tomorrow. But, be prepared for what may come. So, your best bet is to stop by casually – dress nice when you go – and simply tell her you were very interested in the position and ask if she will be making a decision soon. Try to see if you can interpret her reaction. She may be holding off hiring someone to save money or she may still be looking. If she is still looking and interviewing, that probably means she has eliminated you. If someone else is working the booth you have your answer though. Many employers don’t notify candidates they don’t choose. Good luck. And don’t give up now, look at the mall and see if any other places are hiring.
