Ronald McMillan Bell was a Conservative Party Member of Parliament twice. He represented Buckinghamshire South from the year 1950 to 1974 and Beaconsfield from the year 1974 to 1982. Born in the April of 1914, he was educated at Cardiff and became the president of the Oxford University Conservative Association. Later, he went on to pursue and practice law at London. He had an active political career from a very early age. He became a Conservative Member of Parliament for Newport in the May of 1945. In the year 1947 he became a member of the Paddington Borough Council in London and remained there for the next 4 years. In the year 1950 he became Conservative MP for South Buckinghamshire and for Beaconsfield from the year 1974 onwards. He followed this high political era by becoming a member of The Conservative Monday Club in the year 1962.
