The architectural membrane cladding has an engineered lifespan of 15 to 20 years however, both the fabric and frame should well outlast the warranty period. Fabric roofs can be replaced with very little “down time”. Premium coated membranes including DuPont’s Tedlar™ or Ferrari’s FluoTop™ with extended life spans and warranties are available as an option.
