There is NO GUARANTEE that Golds Gym will stay in business. A Golds Gym on .recently went out of business. If the Brickners build a Golds Gym in our neighborhood and then go out of business, well be stuck with an ABANDONED building, parking lot, and a water basin behind our homes.
