Providing the application is filled out correctly and all of the necessary information is supplied to the AGCO, it is estimated that most applications will take about 5 to 10 days to process. The individual circumstances of an application, however, may cause that estimated timeframe to vary. Please note, if an Application for Washrooms, Hallways, Stairwells and Other Similar Areas is accompanied by a sketch that differs substantively from the one filed with the AGCO, an Application for Changes or Additions to Existing Licensed Areas may be required, with the attached fee, and delay the processing of the request.
