It sounds like you are 90% there already, which is a good thing; should make the rest real easy. All you need now is a proper exercise program to train the abs properly and effectively. Doing this consistently(about 4-5 times a week) will help you greatly achieve a six pack, since you already have so much going for you already. Please note that while you can do these exercises while you have substantial surface fat on your stomach,it is recommended to focus most of your attention on ridding this surface fat area first and then place more emphasis on abdominal exercises as your weightloss progress. But in general yes, it is perfectly fine to work on them while you still have some pounds to shed. Step 2 is pretty simple. Just train the 4 basic areas of your abdominal area. This includes the upper abs, lower abs and obliques(left and right). For basic crunches just life flat with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle, both feet flat on the ground and perform a basic crunch.  more

Wow.. Your really skinny. There is no way of figuring out how long it will take. Getting a 6-pack is really hard depending on where your are starting. Start by eating healthy. Lean meats, protein, water, no high fat foods, etc. Next you need to start running. Long endurance runs everyday will do. Then do ab workouts to strengthen and tone your abs. - Various Crunches, Captain's Chair, Bicycle Crunch, etc. What your doing is pretty good. The main part to succeeding is to burn off a ton of cals. So eat a lot, but make sure to work it off. You want to get rid of the outer layer of fat. Burn more than the cals then you consume.  more

hi, im 15 now, and last year i was really keen on a 6 pack to so i went to the school weights room and asked for a workout and this is what i got everyday for 3 days 1000 situps 500 crunches 15minute v-holds 15minute planks 10*20 hanging knee tucks if your also looking for side abs 20minutes side planks each side 40*10 side plank twists each side. 10*20 oblique hanging knee tucks if your dedicated and do it without fail, your bound to see results also note your diet is important if your aiming to build muscle youd obviosuly eat more. in some cases bigger muscles can reveal your 6 pack if your aiming to burn the fat in that area, eat foods which give you plenty of energy to get through that training.  more
