How long will it take to complete a Boundary Adjustment, Land Division or Community Division and what is involved?
A. The usual timeframe is about 7 months from the time we lodge your application with the Development Assessment Commission. This can vary if information is required by the relevant Council and Government bodies which must review and approve your application.
