How long will it take to get an approval from the Architectural Review Committee?

0

A – The Architectural Review Committee will review each change request within a reasonable time (usually 2 – 3 weeks) and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors to either approve as requested, approve with modifications, or to deny approval. Where appropriate the Architectural Review Committee may consult with the Landscape Committee or Garden Committee on any application submitted. The Board of Directors will then review the Architectural Review Committee recommendation and make their final decision.
