There are several requirements to be met prior to becoming an active resource in the ISO-NE Regulation market. Many of the requirements can be accomplished in conjunction with one another: • NEPOOL Membership – Allow 2 to 3 months • Interconnection: • Must have signed agreement with local Transmission Operator – Allow 3 to 4 months • Submission of I.3.9 Proposed Plan for generator interconnection or Less than 5 MWs Generator Notification Form.
