How long will it take to receive my order? How are Amber Lotus shipping charges calculated?
Orders generally ship from our fulfillment company in University Park, Illinois within two business days. Domestic orders ship by Priority Mail, which generally takes up to four days in transit. International orders ship by Airmail, which generally takes up to two weeks in transit, depending on what part of the world the order is shipping. Please allow extra delivery time around the holidays. If your order is late and you would like to check on the status, please email gbarry@amberlotus.com with your name, order date and order number, when available. Shipping costs are calculated by destination and number of items ordered (our catalog does not count as an additional item). Please see our individual order page for our shipping rate tables.
