Mirage Waterless Grass turf carries a 5-year limited warranty against excessive wear, fading and sun. This warranty will be extended to 8 years with the application of our bi-annual UV treatment, which must be applied and verified by one of our authorized Waterless Grass dealers. In order to extend the warranty to 8 years in the desert Southwest and other areas with highly intense UV climates, our UV treatment must be applied and verified by one of our authorized Waterless Grass dealers. With basic care and the application of our UV enhancement treatment, your Mirage Waterless Grass turf can have a life expectancy of 20+ years.
