Ans: The driver will normally wait for 1 hour he will then make enquires at the information desk and then page your name and wait for further 15 minutes. The office will try to contact you if we are provided with a mobile phone. We strongly recommend that you call us if you think it will take more than one hour for you to come out of the custom hall, so we can tell the driver to wait for you.
