How long will the jars / vials last and are they robust?

We warrant the product for 12 months from the date of supply ex distributor or 18 months from manufacture, depending on which is greater. However, you must be able to prove that you have kept the product in refrigerated conditions at 4oC or so (a household refrigerator in good working condition less than 8 years old should be adequate). Our experience to date suggests that the product may last up to 2 years if stored correctly. When it is time to use the product, there should be no problem if it is still in its unbroken sterile packaging and it is kept out of the sun in cool conditions for 3-7 days. However, we have not tested this in very high temperature extremes such as in the Australian, African or Middle Eastern deserts or on the back shelf of a ute!. While the product is physically robust, common sense should prevail in physical handling.
