Look on the back panel of our one pound bag. There will be a series of numbers stamped onto the bag, under the picture of the gourds. The last four digits of that code are the month and year that the yerba mate was packed. Our one pound bags will taste great for at least three years after this date. They will still be safe to drink for much longer.
