How many ab crunches & oblique crunches should i do a day?
You should not do any crunches until you already have your abs showing. Doing crunches is just for toning your ab muscles. What’s better is to do a lot of cardio so you can loose the fat around your stomach. The abs you want are already there you just need to remove the fat to show it. And doing a lot of cardio (30min-to 1hr) a day will help that and not to mention a healthy diet also. When your abs appear then you should be doing crunches. Probably 50 to 100 or more if you feel like, a day and in about a week or two you should notice a difference only if you also keep up with a healthy diet and excersize.
