It depends on your level of exertion. My own experiences has been that an hour of vigorous cardio burns about 600 calories, and the same time spent doing strength burns about half that much. It sounds like you're doing about 30 minutes of strength, so that would be half of half of 600, or about 150. As the saying goes, your mileage may vary. If you are trying to lose weight, you're better off focusing on diet, as it's a lot easier to "not eat" 150 calories than it is to burn it, and it takes less time. Hope this helps. You're young and healthy, it sounds like, so try upping the weights and work in at least 30 minutes of vigorous cardio (enough to make you sweat and hard enough that you can't read a book or really talk while doing) two to three times a week.
