How many calories are there in diet coke/pepsi?
I’m not sure, but I’ve heard that they are allowed to advertise it as ‘zero calories’ as long as it contains less than 5 calories. But that is still so low you would not need to worry about it. But you should not be drinking a lot of diet coke/pepsi as the sweeteners they use in them are not good for you in large amounts. Plain water would be healthier for you or fruit juice would be good, maybe with the occasional diet coke as a treat.
