Horrible question. KFC just buy their chicken like any other food store. And yes, it’s really chicken. I ate at KFC recently and was actually really impressed – there’s no chopped and shaped stuff in their chicken burgers, you can tell it’s proper breast meat. I’d rather buy a chicken filet burger at KFC than buy some of the frozen chicken filets you can buy in the supermarkets. Bird’s Eye used to sell a range of them that had dubious contents (all chopped and shaped mush) but I think they’ve sorted that out recently. I have no idea why people are still spreading these rumours about KFC because I saw nothing particularly wrong with their food. Obviously some people must just like believing hearsay rather than seeing what the food is like for themselves. How sad.
