How many communities does each of Corsair’s managers oversee?
Our account assignments consist of no more than 4-5 associations per manager. Managers oversee a mix of condominiums, PUDs and single family homes, some of which meet monthly and some bi-monthly or quarterly. Taking into consideration the above factors when assigning accounts ensures that your manager will be attending an average of 4 Board meetings per month. This guarantees that your manager has the necessary time to successfully manage your association. Our company and community managers are capable of managing condominiums, PUDs, single family homes, commercial properties and master planned associations.
