Easy math problem. A cubic yard is 27 cubic feet. So if you have an area of 196 sf and want to cover it one third of a foot (four inches) deep in rock, multiply 196 by 0.333 (one third) and get 65.3 cubic feet, divide by 27 and get 2.4 cubit yards and you are done. more
