How many cups of coffee do you drink a day? And why?

Hi, I was drinking it 4 times a day. One in the Morning, one at noon, one in the afternoon, and one before I go to bed. But now I only drink it in the morning when I wake up because I got used to drinking tea the rest of the time. Tea is actually good for you since you can drink it more than coffee since it has go less caffeine. But I still need the morning coffee though. I would say you're fine with the 2-3 cups of coffee a day. I know some people who drink 10 cups of coffe a day, thats really bad. Good luck!  more
