How many days past the “sell by” date is my milk still good?
Although we test our milk for safe consumption well past the code date, there is no way (without testing) that we can say how much longer it is good for. This is because we have no idea how the product was handled after leaving our truck. Even a slight warming of milk can affect its shelf life. Our best advice is to trust your nose! If it smells different in any way, the best bet is to dump it and replace it with fresh.
