How many fellows are selected per year at the DMC?
The DMC is selecting three to five fellows and interns for the 2010 – 2011 program year. To Top Is this the first time that the DMC has been involved in the fellowship program? No. The DMC is experienced in fellowship programs. As an academic and research institution, each year scores of clinicians complete fellowships practicing at the DMC. In addition, the DMC had administrative fellows throughout the system between 1992 – 1998. During that time, over 15 fellows honed their strategic and analytical skills with the coaching of DMC leadership. Some DMC fellows took DMC employment opportunities upon completion of their fellowship. Others are administrators of leading health systems throughout the region and country. In 2007, the DMC reestablished an administrative fellow program, as part of the total system innovation and rebirth.
