Each Sealogix capsule contains 600 mg. of long-chain omega-3 fatty acids including 400 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA. This is double the amount found in health-food grade fish oil capsules. Four Sealogix capsules would supply 2.4 grams of long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, which is similar to that found in one tablespoon of cod liver oil.
