So if you ate nothing but say fatty candy bars to get up to your points for the day, you’d quickly find yourself starved the rest of the day because 1> you are out of points so you can’t eat anymore for the day (aside from zero point foods-mostly bland veggies), 2> a high / fatty food would “add up” your points so fast you wouldn’t get to eat much of it so whatever you did have of it wouldn’t be filling.
