How many jobs will Plymouth Rock Studios create when it opens in 2010?
Plymouth Rock Studios, a $500-million film and television studio complex slated to open in 2010, was highlighted by the Motion Picture Association of America in the recently released Economic Impact of the Motion Picture & Television Industry on the United States report, as the film and television studio in Massachusetts to “have positive effects on community development and local real estate markets.” Dan Glickman, Chairman and CEO of MPAA, released the report on April 21, 2009, at the Business of Show Business Symposium in Washington, DC.
