There are very few records of Shakespeare's life. Although it would have been nice if he did, there is no record of Shakespeare keeping a journal or writing an autobiography. He had 3 kids, 2 daughters and a son Hamnet, who died at a very young age. As for his schoolwork, there isn't the same sort of grading system that we have, but the intellectual level of his plays, the number of literary allusions, etc. all suggest that he did well in school.
