How many messages can a Linx printer store?
The Linx 4800 Model printer can store 5 messages. If more messages or complex graphics and logos are required, they can be loaded into EPROMs and fit into the printer. Linx 6800 printers can store up to 999 messages, graphics and logos depending on available memory. The optional Linx Logojet Software would enable either model printers to have their messages stored in an external source, such as a PC, therefore allowing nearly limitless message storage capabilities.
