How many minutes a day should i spend stretching to get taller?
Actually stretching can make you taller. If your natural height is reduced by prolonged poor posture, then it’s arguable that improvement of posture (via stretching and awareness) can restore your spine’s natural allignment (provided its not caused by a medical problem) and add 1 or 2 inches to your height. I’d stretch as often as possible since you’re reconditioning you spine (think of it as time spent in the day with good alignment versus bad alignment)–just remember not to stretch too far so you don’t pinch a nerve. If you already have good posture, I’m not aware of anything that could make you taller.
